some issues
hot buffet barcode system
the beach was beautiful and there was always loungers available.
i dont think this hotel is a 5 stars. check in took longer then expected and the main buffet is very hot inside. the barcode system to get a restaurant is horrible and should be changed to an easier system that works. we had issues with the barcodes and monitors in the reception.

some issues observed
slow check-in pizza sweat
the beach had available loungers, always.
Check-in took longer than expected. The main buffet felt very hot. i think they need more ac units. Some restaurant staff were unfriendly, while others didn't seem interested in helping. the pizza guy was sweating all over the pizzas, really off-putting.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
fluffiest pillows super clean rooms accessible beach
The fluffiest pillows provided a great night's sleep (they were like clouds!). The rooms were super clean, and the cleaning service was daily. The resort grounds are well kept, and the beach is easily accessible. I booked a massage and enjoyed it a lot.
The gym was good, but I noticed that some of the equipment looks a bit old and needs an update. I hope they can improve it soon. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
Service
10/10
The staff was always ready to advise or help. I especially appreciated the waiters on the beach (they did everything possible to ensure we had everything we needed).
Location
9/10
The location is right by the sea. The hotel offers a nice pool area and plenty of sun loungers. This allows you to really relax and enjoy your stay.

Wonderful Beach and Great Staff!
beautiful beach friendly staff dining options
The resort had everything a family needs for a vacation, a beautiful beach, pools, slides, and boat tours starting right at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, a detail that I appreciated a lot. There were also different à la carte restaurants that offered a variety of dining options for dinner.
Rooms
9/10
The family suite included ample space. It was well-kept and clean, very important to me. The housekeeping service was efficient, our room remained tidy throughout our entire stay.
Service
10/10
The staff, especially at the reception, offered AMAZING service with a warm welcome and efficient check-in. The animation team was energetic. They organized many fun activities throughout the day and entertaining evening shows, a detail I appreciated.
Facilities
9/10
The aqua park offered much fun for both children and adults with its numerous slides and pools (very well maintained, too). The private beach was nice and clean with clear water.
Dining
8/10
The main restaurant had many options, but the quality could be improved. The à la carte restaurants offered a better experience overall, with the Egyptian specialties standing out (the shawarma was delicious!).
Location
9/10
The location is great, especially its private beach access and proximity to other amenities. This made exploring the area easier. The resort's grounds are beautifully landscaped.
